Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and RG Games (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of our game "SnapPop" and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Description of Services

SnapPop is an ad-supported, 100% free block puzzle game provided by RG Games. Unlike level-cleared type games, SnapPop provides a continuous gameplay experience focused on high scores and combos. Please note that SnapPop does not use or provide any paid or free in-game items, virtual currency, or goods.

Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license will terminate immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms.

User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Services.
Using macros, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to manipulate game data, including but not limited to: play counts, individual scores, highest combo counts, total scores, number of turns used, or number of blocks removed.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the global ranking system.
Deliberately disabling, bypassing, or modifying the advertising system within the Services.
Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Violation of these restrictions may result in the immediate deletion of your ranking records and permanent restriction of service access without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including but not limited to any designs, code, sounds, characters, and the name "SnapPop") are owned by RG Games. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Services.

Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The Services are provided free of charge through the display of third-party advertisements. By using the Services, you consent to the exposure of various ad formats (interstitials, banners, rewarded ads). The Company is not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the services provided by such third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that game data (scores, records, etc.) will be preserved in the event of device changes or app deletion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RG Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its discretion. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved in accordance with the principle of good faith.

Addendum for EU/EEA Residents

Mandatory Consumer Laws: Nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of habitual residence.
